Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will I have to close my salon for a day?
A: No! There is no reason for you to close. We will collect the piece of furniture that needs repairing and do all the repairs in our mobile workshop whilst your salon runs as normal.
Q: Can you repair the foam as well as the cover?
A: Yes! As standard, we inspect the foam and if there is minimal damage we will repair or replace for no extra cost. If something needs completely new foam we can replace it for a small fee.
Q: I have a specific style which I love – will you have the same colour to match my salon’s style?
A: We can’t always guarantee the exact same colour, however, we supply a vast range of coloured materials that we use to best match your existing fabrics. We can send you samples of the different colours before you book to find the right one for you.
